Delivery and Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery orders must be accepted and paid for at the delivery address. If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery without a valid reason, PETCODUBAI.COM reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from the same customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Pet food, fish food, treats, supplements, and consumable products cannot be returned once opened.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
